Fizzy Wines

The list below is of all of our creations.  Our taplist is updated regularly, although it does change often in between.  If you wish to purchase bottles from our taproom, click here to see what's available. 

  • Yearly (YR) = year round (bottled and distributed all throughout the year)

  • Seasonal (SS)= seasonal (bottled and distributed, usually available for 2-3 months when released)

  • Unique (U)= limited release unique flavor (sometimes an experiment, not bottled, limited distribution, may make only surprise appearances)


Blackberry Habanero, hint of sweet from the Blackberries and a peppery finish from the habanero. 

Lime Habanero, a little tart from Lime Zest and a hint of heat from the Habanero makes for a tasty and versatile beverages.  Margarita, anyone? 

Ginger Lemon, perfectly balanced Gingery drinking. 

Lavender Lemon, take a moment and relax with Yamhill County Lavender.

Black Lightning, 2015 Cider Summit Winner: Black Currant, Red Chili Flake, Peppercorn. DOB June 2015. 

Apricot Thyme, this fun summer experiment became a fast favorite! Delicious on draft, in cocktails, and as a warm mulled fizzy wine (toddy). DOB July 2018. 

Orange Lightning, 2016 Cider Summit Winner: Blood Orange, Ginger, and a hint of Wasabi. DOB June 2016. 

Raspberry Spiffy, Created for Red Dress PDX: Raspberry, Lemon Zest.  DOB May 2015. 

Passion & Spice,  Tropical Passionfruit with Ginger and Szechuan Peppercorn.  DOB August 2017.

Blueberry Mint, Created for our own Duke and one-in-a-million Bride. Blueberry and a hint of Mint. DOB July 2016.

JalapangoMango, Roasted Jalapenos Peppers

Teote Sunrise, Special HOT HOT HOT flavor made for Teote for their birthday! Blood Orange, Jalapenos & Habaneros, and spices.  DOB July 2018.
