What is Fizzy Wine?
Fizzy Wine is a finely carbonated citrus-based wine. Think....adult lemonade. Fresh, light, refreshing. Never syrupy or malty. Always vegan, gluten free, and made with non-GMO ingredients.
Our Fizzy Wines are delicious by the pint, mixed with your favorite craft beer to make a radler, or used in cocktails. All of our Fizzy Wines are made with non-GMO ingredients and are naturally Gluten-Free, Vegan. We have several year-round flavors as well as several seasonal creations and some special unicorn releases! Fizzy Wines
The list below is of all of our creations. Our taplist is updated regularly, although it does change often. If you wish to purchase bottles from our taproom, click here to see what's available. All of our Fizzy Wines are made using filtered water, cane sugar, and champagne yeast.
Yearly (YR) = year round (bottled and distributed all throughout the year)
Seasonal (SS)= seasonal (bottled and distributed, usually available for 2-3 months when released)
Unique (U)= limited release unique flavor (sometimes an experiment, not bottled, limited distribution, may make only surprise appearances)
Blackberry Habanero, hint of sweet from the Blackberries and a peppery finish from the habanero. Ingredients: lemon, lime, blackberry, habanero.
Lime Habanero, a little tart from Lime Zest and a hint of heat from the Habanero makes for a tasty and versatile beverages. Margarita, anyone? Ingredients: lemon, lime, habanero.
Ginger Lemon, perfectly balanced Gingery drinking. Ingredients: lemon, ginger.
Lavender Lemon, take a moment and relax with Yamhill County Lavender. Ingredients: lemon, lavender extract.
Raspberry Spiffy, Created for Red Dress PDX: DOB May 2015. A little sweet and a little tart, and a lot delightful. Ingredients: lemon, raspberry.
Black Lightning, 2015 Cider Summit Winner. DOB June 2015. Ingredients: lemon, black currant, spices.
Apricot Thyme, this fun summer experiment became a fast favorite! Delicious on draft, in cocktails, and as a warm mulled fizzy wine (toddy). DOB July 2018. Ingredients: lemon, apricot, thyme.
